+Installing Bugdar is a very easy task, and here's how you do it:
-... but if you can't be bothered, here's the simple version:
+0) You've managed to extract the files already because you're reading
+ this, so the hard part's over!
1) Copy ./includes/config.php.new to ./includes/config.php
2) Fill in fields in the ./includes/config.php -- all of them are
required except the last two.
+3) Upload all the files to your choice destination on your webserver.

3) Point your browser to http://www.example.com/bugdar/install/install.php
- and follow the instructions.

+4) Delete ./install/global.php so nobody else can run the installer.
