Starting to migrate from SimpleTest to PHPUnit.

* docs/UnitTestReport.php: Renamed to SimpleTestReporter
* docs/UnitTest/AllTests.php: Changing the path to the test reporter, see above.
* docs/PHPUnitTestReporter.php: Added
