Removing the pconnect option from BSDb and it's children.

* Db.php:
(BSDb::connect): Removing the $pconnect paramater
(BSDb::_pConnect): Removed.
* DbMySql.php:
(BSDbMySql::_pConnect): Removed
* DbMySqlI.php:
(BSDbMySqlI::_pConnect): Removed
* DbPostgreSql.php:
(BSDbPostgreSql::_pConnect): Removed
