Adding a method to handle getting the stack trace

* Source/DebuggerConnection.m|h:
([DebuggerConnection updateStackTraceAndRegisters]): New method that calls stack_get and eventually context_get
([DebuggerConnection _stackReceived:]): Called when the stack is fully received
