Implement preferences window resizing

* Source/PreferencesController.h: Add blankView ivar
* Source/PreferencesController.m: Create private interface for resizing
(init): Create the blankView
(dealloc): New method
(awakeFromNib): New method
(showGeneral:): Call the resize method
(showPaths:): ditto
(resizeWindowToSize:): New private method
