Fix toolbar item auto-validation.

Putting NSViews (or NSControls) in a toolbar item turns off automatic
validation, per
https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/Toolbars/Tasks/ValidatingTBItems.html.
