BUGDAR [#]version[#] README AND INSTALL

Thanks for downloading Bugdar. It's freeware distributed under the
Iris Studios Freeware License:

For installation instructions, please read the manual, located here:

... but if you can't be bothered, here's the simple version:

1) Download and then upload ISSO 1.0.3+ to your server

2) Copy ./includes/config.php.new to ./includes/config.php

3) Fill in fields in the ./includes/config.php -- all of them are
   required except the last two.

4) Point your browser to http://www.example.com/bugdar/install/install.php
   and follow the instructions.
