BUGDAR [#]version[#] README AND INSTALL

Thanks for downloading Bugdar. It's freeware distributed under the
GNU GPL:

For upgrade instructions, please read the manual, located here:
http://www.bluestatic.org/support/

... but if you can't be bothered, here's the simple version:

1) Upload all of the Bugdar files to the server, overwriting all the old
   ones that were there before.

2) Point your browser to http://www.example.com/bugdar/install/upgrade.php
   and follow the instructions.

You're all done!

     install/tpldiff/1.0.1-to-1.1.0b1.diff
(o)  A similar diff for language strings will be placed in
