   8 To install ViewSVN follow these three simple steps:

  10 1)  Download and unpack the ZIP file (you've already done this, obviously)

  12 2)  Upload the contents of the "upload" directory to your desired destination, but
  13         BE SURE YOU ALSO UPLOAD THE ".htaccess" FILE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR VIEWSVN TO
  14         WORK!

  16 3)  Rename includes/config.php.new to includes/config.php and edit the configuration
  17         directives as you see fit.
