+VIEWSVN [#]version[#] README AND INSTALL
+========================================
+
+Thanks for downloading ViewSVN. It's freeware distributed under the
+GNU GPL: 
+http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html
+
+To install ViewSVN follow these three simple steps:
+
+1)  Download and unpack the ZIP file (you've already done this, obviously)
+
+2)  Upload the contents of the "upload" directory to your desired destination, but
+       BE SURE YOU ALSO UPLOAD THE ".htaccess" FILE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR VIEWSVN TO
+       WORK!
+
+3)  Rename includes/config.php.new to includes/config.php and edit the configuration
+       directives as you see fit.
+       
+That's it and enjoy ViewSVN!
