Add radio buttons to allow people to choose either 1 or 2 copies to print

* English.lproj/MainMenu.xib: Draw out the NSMatrix
* Source/AppController.h: Add an NSMatrix IBO
* Source/AppController.m:
(uploadAndPrint:): Use the -# option for LPR and use __PRINT_#__ for BLU_DEBUG
