When calling -[SocketWrapper remoteHost], we don't want to continually query the hostname

* Source/SocketWrapper.h: Adding a hostname ivar
* Source/SocketWrapper.m:
(remoteHost): Just return the hostname ivar
(connect:): Query the hostname and store it in the hostname ivar
