  13 1) Copy ./includes/config.php.new to ./includes/config.php

  15 2) Fill in fields in the ./includes/config.php -- all of them are
  16    required except the last two.

  18 3) Point your browser to http://www.example.com/bugdar/install/install.php
  19    and follow the instructions.
