  13 1) Download and then upload ISSO 1.0.3+ to your server

  15 2) Copy ./includes/config.php.new to ./includes/config.php

  17 3) Fill in fields in the ./includes/config.php -- all of them are
  18    required except the last two.

  20 4) Point your browser to http://www.example.com/bugdar/install/install.php
  21    and follow the instructions.
